If you are in the early stages you can treat yourself with vigilant brushing however if you are in the later stages a professional dentist will need to help.

3. Worn down enamel
Sugary drinks and snacks wear down our enamel over time and this leads to discolouration. Since sugar is such a big part of people’s day to day diets it’s a common problem. Worn down enamel can be seen clearly
